1600 Magazine Street

1600 Magazine Street is a 2021 development that will be a one-stop hub and social space. A place where locals can come to host events, dine, offer custom pop-ups, and own businesses. The owner was clear to make sure the logo felt like home. We use typography that offers the feeling of an apartment address as well as a type that feels like a co-working space. After combining the two it created the essence of a place you want to be and return.
